LIPOSUCTION

Liposuction is used to reshape and slim down areas of your body by removing excess fat cells. It’s one of the most popular cosmetic surgery procedures for the body and is particularly beneficial in areas where stubborn pockets of fat build-up such as the thighs, stomach, buttocks, hips, upper arms and the male chest. The procedure is carried out under general anaesthetic and usually takes between one and three hours, depending on how many areas of the body are being treated

WHO IS LIPOSUCTION FOR?

Liposuction is a reduction operation by entering the subcutaneous fat tissue under the skin with special laws. Since a few incisions of approximately 4-5 ml are made on the skin, enough to allow the cannulas to enter, it can be considered a scarless operation. It can be performed under local or general anesthesia depending on the patient's condition and the number of areas of fat to be taken. Liposuction is generally dry technique. It is performed as wet technique, superwet technique and tumescent technique. With these methods, by giving fluids and drugs into the body, bleeding and pain situations are prevented and fat cells are removed much more easily.

TUMMY TUCK | ADBOMINOPLASTY

A tummy tuck, also known as abdominoplasty, is a procedure that reshapes your stomach and abdomen area to give a slimmer and shapelier figure. It removes excess fat and skin and in some cases, tightens your abdominal muscles.

There are a number of different tummy tuck procedures including standard, mini or extended and your consultant will talk you through the different options. Surgery is performed under general anaesthetic and normally takes up to three hours.
